Food Allergies & Dietary Concerns
Our kitchen staff works hard on making fantastic meals each and every day! We will seek to accommodate camper(s) food allergies and dietary concerns as best as we can with appropriate meal alternatives
Our kitchen staff will do their best to accommodate your child(s) dietary needs. Please keep in mind, we are preparing meals for 200-300 campers and staff each and every meal, so please work with us on how you bring the additional dietary ingredient substitutions.
What we CAN do to help accommodate food allergies:
Substitute ingredient in food of meals already being prepared and make them separately for each camper(s).
What we can NOT do to help accommodate food allergies:
Store and prepare something completely different for each meal.
Food Preparation Instructions:
Please print off meal menu (listed below) and mark what ingredients you brought with your camper(s) and what meal they correspond with.
Turn in meal menu with camper(s) registration form
Allergies and their severity will be filled out on camper(s) medical registration from.
